Shipping Policy

At Monkey Mart by Trish, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy below:

Standard Shipping:

  • We offer standard shipping for $8.00 on all orders.

  • Standard shipping orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free Local Pickup:

  • Alternatively, you can choose the convenient option of free local pickup at one of our two locations during our business hours.

  • Please wait for a confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup before heading to the selected location.

  • When picking up your order, please provide a valid ID and the order confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Monkey Mart by Trish, we prioritize your satisfaction with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy for a seamless process:

Returns for Damaged Products:

  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, promptly contact us at monkeymartbytrish@gmail.com.

  • Damaged items can be returned at no cost to the customer.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged items.

  • Upon receiving the damaged product, a full refund will be issued promptly. 

 

Returns for Sizing or Other Reasons:

  • For returns due to sizing issues or other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Initiate the return process by contacting us at monkeymartbytrish@gmail.com.

  • We will supply you with the return address and further instructions.

  • After receiving the returned item, a credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.

 

Exchanges for Size:

  • If you need to exchange a product due to sizing, please be aware that an immediate exchange may not be possible if the alternative size is not in stock.

  • Initiate the exchange process by contacting us at monkeymartbytrish@gmail.com.

  • We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will evaluate our inventory and advise you of the timing for the exchange.

  • A replacement will be sent at an additional shipping cost to the customer once the exchange is processed.

 

General Information:

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be in unused and unworn condition with original tags attached.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges.  Note that exchange timing may be impacted by inventory levels and could take longer.
